We hatch chicks in March & April, takes 5-6 months to grow them out on pasture so the Whole Chickens are available Sept. to November. (they are processed at Duncans or USDA place in Kansas)

Fresh Herbs & produce for the CSA are seasonal, April – November (Greenstems provides most of the greens and root crops, tomatoes, peppers, ect) We grow the Rhubarb, Aronia berries, okra, then I grow the fresh cut herbs (basils, mints, oregano, lemon balm, dill, chives, parsley, French sorrel, sage, hyssop, ect)
